- "Customer" means end-users making payments through our platform
- "Transaction" means any payment or fund transfer processed through our services
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be prohibited from using financial services
4. Account Registration and KYC
4.1 Registration Requirements
- Complete account registration with accurate information
- Provide valid business documentation (for merchants)
- Complete KYC verification as per RBI guidelines
- Maintain updated contact and business information
4.2 Account Security
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication
- Immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activity
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5.2 Service Availability
Services are available 24/7, subject to:
- Scheduled maintenance windows

- Regulatory requirements
6. Fees and Charges
- Transaction processing fees as per current rate card
- Setup and integration charges (if applicable)
- Additional service fees for premium features
- Penalty charges for policy violations
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

7. Transaction Processing
7.1 Transaction Authorization
- All transactions require proper authorization
- Failed transactions may be subject to retry mechanisms
- Duplicate transactions will be identified and handled appropriately
- Transaction limits apply as per regulatory guidelines
7.2 Settlement
- Funds settlement as per agreed timelines (typically T+1 or T+2)
- Rolling reserve may be maintained for risk management
- Settlement may be delayed for verification or compliance reasons
- Bank holidays may affect settlement timelines
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using services for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Processing payments for prohibited businesses
- Attempting to manipulate or hack our systems
- Creating fake or multiple accounts
- Circumventing security measures
- Using services in violation of any laws
9. Risk Management and Fraud Prevention
- We employ automated fraud detection systems
- Suspicious transactions may be flagged or blocked
- Additional verification may be required for high-risk transactions
- We reserve the right to refuse or reverse transactions
- Cooperation required in fraud investigations
10. Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal and transaction data handled as per our Privacy Policy

12. Disclaimers and Limitations
12.1 Service Availability
We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
12.2 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party service failures or interruptions.
12.3 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the transaction amount or fees paid, whichever is lower.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by User
- Users may terminate their account with 30 days notice
- All pending transactions must be completed
- Outstanding dues must be settled
13.2 Termination by Fino Pay Hub
- We may terminate accounts for policy violations
- Immediate termination for fraudulent activities
- 30 days notice for general termination
- Regulatory compliance may require immediate termination
14. Dispute Resolution
- Good faith effort to resolve disputes amicably
- Escalation process through customer support
- Arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka for unresolved disputes
- Governing law: Laws of India
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
